What You’ll Do:
Clinical & Procedural Duties
Coordination with pharmaceutical companies for placing orders, accountal of all medicines received and dispensed, Dispensing medicines to patients, handlinging timely payments to companies
Do Billing, stock upkeep etc on Pharmacy E-Marg Software
Handling patient records & photos
Should have Working knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets
Assist doctors during:Hair transplant procedures
Minor plastic surgery and dermato-surgery cases
Laser and aesthetic treatments
Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures.
Manage post-procedure care, and follow-ups.
Patient Care & CoordinationProvide compassionate and professional interaction with patients at all times.
Guide patients on pre- and post-procedure instructions.
Support clinic flow by coordinating with doctors, technicians, and front-desk staff.
Ensure proper documentation of patient files, consumables, and treatment details.
