Key Responsibilities
Prescription filling and accurate dispensing of medicines
Patient counseling on dosage, usage, and reactions Handling billing and basic computer operations Managing inventory, stock entries, expiry & batch checks Cold chain management and proper medicine storage Handling customer queries and home delivery coordination Ensuring stock accuracy and supporting sales targets Maintaining good relationships with customers and doctors
