As a professional individual with a successful track record in consultative sales, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, ensuring the database is updated and fostering good relations with existing clients. - Demonstrating the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. - Interacting with pharmaceutical professionals at all levels of an organization and leveraging established business relationships within the territory. - Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company. - Adhering to company guidelines and procedures, including cold callings and lead generation. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies and skills: - Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with a preference for a UK accent. - Strong experience in tele sales. - Exceptional communication skills that facilitate relationship-building. - Proficiency in negotiation. - Ability to create impactful presentations. - Detail-oriented with strong active listening skills.
