Description

We are looking for a Pharma Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in US staffing and a strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates for pharma-related roles in the US market
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and upcoming roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the recruitment process
Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
0-1 years of experience in US staffing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Understanding of US labor laws and regulations
