Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Grade 11-12 Chemistry lessons aligned with CBSE/ICSE syllabus and NEP guidelines.
• Design practical experiments, demonstrate lab techniques, and enforce safety protocols in the chemistry laboratory.
• Develop question papers, assignments, and formative assessments that drive conceptual clarity and exam readiness.
• Track student progress using data-driven insights, provide remedial support, and mentor high achievers for JEE/NEET.
• Integrate multimedia, simulations, and virtual labs to enhance interactive learning and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with faculty, parents, and academic coordinators to organise science fairs and enrichment programs.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry with B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification.
• Minimum 3 years experience teaching senior secondary Chemistry in CBSE or ICSE schools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; clear classroom communication skills.
• Proficiency with smartboards, MS Office, and online learning platforms.
• Deep knowledge of physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry concepts.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline.
  

Preferred

• Experience mentoring students for competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, KVPY.
• Exposure to blended or flipped classroom models.
• Certification in Laboratory Safety or STEM pedagogy.
• Participation in curriculum design or textbook review committees.
