Job Description

Position: Personal Trainer Location: Bengaluru Reporting to: Club Manager / Fitness Manager Employment Type: Full-Time (shift based including early mornings/late evenings/weekends) Working Hours: As per club roster, six days a week with one rest day (rotational) Role Purpose To deliver high-quality personalised fitness training programs and coaching to club members, support member goals and retention, drive personal training revenue, and uphold the brand standards, safety & hygiene at the AP club of Cultfit. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial fitness assessments of members (including health history, body composition, movement screening) and identify individual goals. Design, implement and adjust customised training programs (strength, conditioning, functional training, mobility, etc) based on member goals, fitness levels and any constraints. e.g., “Design and deliver personalised fitness training programs, tailored to each client’s goals, needs, and preferences.” Apna+1 Provide one-on-one coaching sessions (and small group sessions if required), demonstrating correct exercise technique, ensuring form & safety, motivating and tracking progress. e.g., “Provide exceptional one-on‐one coaching… demonstrating exercises, providing feedback, and ensuring clients achieve their fitness goals.” Apna+1 Monitor and track member progress, provide regular feedback, modify programs as needed, maintain session logs and achieve targeted outcomes (e.g., renewal %, completion %, revenue). e.g., “Track client progress, providing regular feedback, and adjusting training programs as needed.” Apna+1 Drive business growth: promote personal training services to members, generate leads, convert trials, upsell where appropriate, ask for renewals. e.g., “Business Development: Promote personal training services, attracting new clients, and retaining existing ones.” Apna+1 Ensure compliance with club SOPs (standard operating procedures), safety & hygiene standards, maintain equipment usage and member training environment. e.g., “To ensure adherence of Personal Trainers and general trainers to all training and workflow SOPs… To ensure smooth launch of new product and experience features at the gym with proactive feedback…” SimplyHired+1 Collaborate with operations/format team: shift management, scheduling, reporting, feedback. e.g., “Maintain constant communication with the Format and Operations Team on all aspects of Training experience and Personal Training revenue.”
