About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Personal Assistant + Office Executive to support our daily operations, digital presence, and organizational activities. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, creative in social media management, tech-savvy with AI tools (ChatGPT & others), and efficient in handling administrative and office-related tasks. Key Responsibilities1. Communication & CoordinationDraft, review, and respond to emails/messages in fluent English Assist in preparing official letters, proposals, and documents Act as a communication bridge between management, team, and external partners 2. Social Media ManagementPlan, create, and schedule social media posts across platforms Develop engaging reels, short videos, and creatives for campaigns Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online presence 3. Webinar & Event CoordinationOrganize and coordinate webinars, online classes, and meetings Manage registrations, reminders, and participant communication Provide live technical assistance during webinars 4. App & Data ManagementUpload and maintain data/content on the GROZINIAA App Manage backend app functions and ensure smooth operations Assist with reporting, troubleshooting, and user support 5. AI & Productivity ToolsUse ChatGPT and other AI tools to: Draft content, social media captions, and documents Generate ideas for campaigns and presentations Automate routine office tasks where possible Office & Administrative Support Handle day-to-day office tasks (filing, documentation, scheduling) Maintain records, reports, and database entries Support management in executing business strategies Key Skills Required Excellent written & spoken English Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, TikTok) Basic graphic design & video editing skills (Canva/CapCut/Photoshop preferred) Experience in AI tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Copy.ai, Jasper etc. Ability to organize and run webinars/events (Zoom/Google Meet/Graphy etc.) Comfortable with app management & data uploads Proactive, organized, and multitasking ability
