Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Personal Fitness Trainer at ONEIROS The Sports Club, located in Surat. The Personal Fitness Trainer will design and lead customized fitness programs tailored to clients' individual needs. Responsibilities include supervising fitness training sessions, guiding clients in corrective exercises, conducting group training classes, and fostering motivation and confidence. Trainers will help create a supportive environment for members to achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fitness Instruction, Fitness Training, and the Fitness Industry
• Skills in Corrective Exercise and Group Training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients effectively
• Ability to develop tailored fitness programs that address individual goals
• Certification in personal training or a fitness-related qualification is preferred
• Knowledge of basic nutrition and wellness practices is an advantage
