As a semi-governmental establishment, Oneiros promotes fitness routines, yogic practices, sports, games, and nutritional facilities. With a vision for greater fitness and health awareness, Oneiros provides expert and advanced training in sports and swimming for the Surat community. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Kids Club Incharge. The Kids Club Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring the safety and engagement of children, planning and coordinating events, and maintaining a fun and nurturing environment. Additional responsibilities include managing staff, interacting with parents, handling administrative tasks, and upholding club standards and policies. Qualifications Experience in childcare, child development, or early childhood education Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create a safe and engaging environment for children First aid and CPR certifications are a plus Experience in managing staff and administrative tasks is preferred Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field Show more Show less
