As a semi-governmental establishment, Oneiros promotes fitness routines, yogic practices, sports, games, and comprehensive nutritional facilities. Our vision is to enhance fitness and health awareness within our community and to provide expert, advanced training in sports and swimming in Surat. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Kids Club Principal located in Surat. The Kids Club Principal will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kids club, managing staff, planning and implementing activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children. Additionally, the principal will maintain communication with parents, manage budgets, and evaluate program effectiveness. Qualifications Experience in early childhood education, child development, or a related field Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to create and execute engaging activities for children First aid and CPR certification is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field Show more Show less
