Role Responsibilities Support the Director with administrative duties, including calendar management and meeting coordination.Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by the Director.Manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation logistics.Assist in project management and track progress on various initiatives.Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.Facilitate effective communication among team members and departments.Prepare agendas for meetings and take accurate minutes.Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.Ensure the Director is well-prepared for meetings by providing necessary documents and materials.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Conduct research and compile data as needed for decision-making processes.Assist in planning and executing company events and initiatives.Review and prioritize incoming communications for the Director.Implement office procedures and maintain administrative and office supplies.Support the Director in other ad-hoc tasks as required. Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.2+ years Exprience in sales support is must Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.Adaptability and willingness to learn.Previous experience supporting senior executives is preferred.A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse individuals.Experience in managing travel arrangements and schedules.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Friendly disposition and professional image.
