Personal Assistant

Role Overview: As a Personal Assistant at Welspun, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the executive's productivity by efficiently managing schedules, facilitating communication, and organizing critical tasks. You will serve as a trusted liaison between the CXO and various stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations within the executive office. Your role will involve handling administrative duties to enable the CXO to focus on strategic decision-making and leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executives" schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Arrange and coordinate meetings and events. - Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. - Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications. - Interact with external clients and partners. - Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary. - Coordinate project-based work. - Review and analyze incoming reports, memos, submissions, and distribute them as needed. - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. - File and retrieve documents and reference materials. - Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents. - Liaise with internal staff at all levels. - Provide general administrative support.
