Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a trustworthy and tech-savvy Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, fluent in English, experienced in handling confidential matters, and comfortable using modern productivity tools like ChatGPT, Google Calendar, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage MD’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel

· Create daily To-Do lists, reminders, and follow-ups

· Draft emails, reports, meeting notes, and letters

· Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools for summarizing, writing, or formatting documents

· Coordinate between departments, vendors, and external clients

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and discussions

· Track deadlines and manage administrative follow-through

Must-Have Skills:

· Minimum 3 years continuous experience in one organization as PA/EA

· Fluent in English (spoken and written)

· Hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Google Calendar, MS Word, Excel

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
