Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the MDs daily schedule, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the MD.
  • Assist in meetings — preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders as instructed by the MD.
  • Run official errands and handle on-ground coordination (must possess own two-wheeler for quick mobility).
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for the MD’s office.
  • Support in administrative tasks, logistics arrangements, and other ad hoc assignments.
  • Ensure timely communication and smooth day-to-day functioning of the MD’s office.
