Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for a Personal Assistant to the General Manager. The role involves managing the General Manager’s daily schedule through diary organization, handling communications, coordinating meetings, and facilitating administrative and clerical tasks. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, assist in preparing reports, and handle confidential communication and documentation as required. The position requires adaptability, professionalism, and attention to detail while supporting the General Manager in achieving business goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance with the ability to manage tasks effectively and support leadership efficiently.
  • Experience in Communication and Diary Management to organize schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate meetings successfully.
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including familiarity with handling documentation and performing various administrative duties.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize responsibilities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is beneficial.
