Personal Assistant

As a Wedding Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and managing wedding events scheduled in November 2025. Your role will involve being detail-oriented, people-friendly, and capable of handling multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations. You will serve as a central point of coordination between families, guests, vendors, and service providers to ensure the smooth execution of all events. Key Responsibilities: - Event Coordination: Oversee various wedding functions such as Haldi, Sangeet, Carnival, Baraat, Pheras, Reception, etc., and ensure seamless execution of all logistics. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with decorators, caterers, photographers, makeup artists, entertainment teams, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of services. - Guest Assistance: Welcome, guide, and manage guest requirements including travel, accommodation, and special requests. - Scheduling & Timelines: Maintain checklists and timelines to ensure all events start and run on schedule. - Logistics & Supplies: Monitor inventory of dcor, gifts, and other wedding-related materials to ensure readiness and availability. - On-Site Troubleshooting: Handle unexpected issues efficiently to minimize disruptions. - Communication: Act as the single point of contact between families, guests, and service providers. - Confidentiality & Professionalism: Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times. Requirements: - Prior experience in event/wedding management or hospitality preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts smoothly. - Flexible with working hours, including late evenings/nights during events. - Willingness to be on-site throughout the wedding week.
