Role Description

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to executives. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various clerical tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The position also requires effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.find new project approch to client,meet with client, travel plan, schedule meetings, visit indore n out of indore, This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
• Strong skills in Communication, including verbal and written interactions.
• Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational tasks.
• Ability to handle Clerical Tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
• Strong time management, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with office software and tools for administrative support.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
