Role Description The Head of Bright Bar Production will oversee daily operations, including production planning, management, and execution. Responsibilities include ensuring production targets are met, managing a team, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining quality standards. The role demands a focus on operational efficiency, cost control, and adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications Experience in Production Planning and Production Management Skills in Operations Management and Team Management Proficiency in Budgeting Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field 15-20 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry is preferred
