Role Description

The Head of Bright Bar Production will oversee daily operations, including production planning, management, and execution. Responsibilities include ensuring production targets are met, managing a team, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining quality standards. The role demands a focus on operational efficiency, cost control, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Skills in Operations Management and Team Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• 15-20 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry is preferred
