Personal Assistant

We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a senior client, with a strong focus on luxury gifting and end-to-end gift management. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling premium brands, bespoke gifting, and high-value client preferences.

• Manage end-to-end gifting requirements on behalf of the client (festive, personal, corporate, and special occasions).
• Source, curate, and recommend luxury gifting items (high-end brands, bespoke products, premium hampers, collectibles, etc.).
• Coordinate with luxury vendors, designers, boutiques, and brands for timely procurement.
• Maintain records of gifting preferences, occasions, budgets, and recipient details.
• Ensure discretion, confidentiality, and high standards of presentation at all times.
• Assist with calendar management, reminders, and coordination related to gifting timelines.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant, preferably supporting UHNI / HNI clients.
• Strong exposure to luxury goods, premium brands, and gifting etiquette.
• Excellent communication, vendor negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Presentable, polished, and well-groomed personality.
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion.

• Background in luxury retail, lifestyle management, hospitality, or concierge services is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Mumbai-based luxury markets and vendors.
