Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Admin Manager, located in Indore. The HR Admin Manager will oversee the daily administrative operations, manage recruitment and employee onboarding, and monitor HR policies and compliance. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee data, evaluating performance management systems, organizing training and development programs, and supporting leadership with human resource strategies and workforce planning.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Proficiency in administrative tasks such as documentation, payroll management, and maintaining compliance with labor laws
Experience in performance management, training and development, and workforce planning
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software tools, data analysis, and tracking employee performance
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with leadership
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in managing a human resources team or department is an advantage
