We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support management in day-to-day activities and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and personal support to the Director/Manager
• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and maintain organized records
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts teams for follow-ups
• Assist in vendor communication and document handling
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and daily office operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
• 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
• Professional attitude, confidentiality, and reliability
