Personal Assistant (PA)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Calendar & Schedule Management

    – Organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient time management.


  • Travel Arrangements

    – Plan and book flights, accommodations, and transportation as required.


  • Communication Handling

    – Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.


  • Task & Project Coordination

    – Assist with projects, research tasks, and follow-ups.


  • Document Preparation

    – Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.


  • Errands & Personal Tasks

    – Handle shopping, reservations, and other personal errands.


  • Confidentiality & Discretion

    – Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.


Requirements & Skills:


  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication.


  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.


  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.


  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
