Job Title:Personal Assistant, NCT

Location: Jaipur, India

Role Description

  • BMAG (Business Management and Analytics Group) partners with various COOs/Operations leads in delivering various value-added reporting, analytics and lead/support in various projects and initiatives.
  • As a Personal Assistant in Business Management & Analytics Group, the employee would be responsible to provides organizational and secretarial support, handling tasks like managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, managing correspondence, maintaining schedule, ordering supplies, and preparing reports to ensure smooth operations for senior leaders.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Administrative & Office Support:
      • managing incoming correspondence.
      • Maintaining documents and databases.
      • Ordering and managing office supplies.
      • Processing expense reports and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
    • Scheduling & Coordination:
      • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
      • Coordinating travel arrangements for staff.
      • Assisting with event planning and logistics.
    • Document & Communication Management:
      • Preparing, drafting, and editing various documents, presentations, and reports.
      • Handling and organizing files, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
      • Liaising with internal teams, external clients, and vendors.
    • Operational Support:
      • Providing general support to other staff members with various administrative tasks.
      • Ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

    Your skills and experience

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of office management software.

    Organizational Skills:

    • Strong time management abilities, the capacity to prioritize tasks, and excellent organizational skills.

    Communication Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.

    Interpersonal Skills:

    • A professional demeanor, discretion in handling confidential information, and strong problem-solving abilities.

    • The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
