Position: Assistant
Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively. A background in finance will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain daily schedules, appointments, and calendars.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Handle travel arrangements (ticketing, hotel booking, itinerary preparation, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
  • Track deadlines, reminders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support in basic reporting, data entry, and documentation.
  • Assist in finance-related tasks such as expense tracking, reimbursements, and maintaining petty cash (if required).
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Finance background or exposure will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in handling travel and meeting coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Personal assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)
