As an Executive Assistant Female, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Director by providing high-level administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Your strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and discretion will be essential in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information professionally. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to the Director. - Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. - Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. - Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups. - Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the Director. - Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Handle confidential information with discretion. - Support project coordination and ensure timely task completion. - Maintain filing systems, records, and databases. - Perform additional administrative duties as required. Qualifications: - Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of productivity tools is a plus. - Ability to work independently under pressure. This role also includes personal tasks. In addition to the job role, the company provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, food, health insurance, and provident fund.
