Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage schedules and appointments, handle correspondence, and assist with organizing meetings and events. The Personal Assistant will also be responsible for making travel arrangements, maintaining records, and providing support to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record maintenance
• Organizational skills for managing meetings and events
• Experience with travel arrangements and itinerary planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in similar roles or in the security industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
