Role Overview


The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and personal support to ensure the smooth running of both professional and personal affairs. This role requires discretion, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.



Key Responsibilities


Administrative & Organizational Support

• Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments.

• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official communications.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

• Maintain and update files, databases, and contact lists.


Business Support

• Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and client interactions.

• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

• Track expenses, manage reimbursements, and liaise with accounts when needed.

• Support in research, data collection, and preparation of briefing materials.


Personal Support

• Manage personal errands and household requirements as requested.

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and staff for personal and professional needs.

• Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day requirements, both business and personal.



Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional certifications in administration or management are a plus.

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities.

• High degree of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
