About the Role

We are hiring a smart and reliable Personal Assistant who will work directly with the Director to ensure smooth coordination across daily tasks, hiring activities, communication, and operational routines. This role offers high exposure to business leadership, HR operations, and fast-paced execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily calendar, meetings, calls, and task priorities for the Director
• Coordinate communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Assist in sourcing, interview scheduling, and hiring follow-ups
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and basic HR operations when required
• Manage office coordination, vendors, and procurement tasks
• Track expenses, reimbursements, and essential records
• Assist with travel coordination, courier handling, and personal errands
• Ensure timely follow-ups, disciplined execution, and confidentiality

What You Bring

• Prior experience in similar role is plus.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Confident handling multi-tasking and follow-up discipline
• Good command of Google Sheets/Docs & MS Office
• Smart presence, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Work Mode & Schedule

• Full-time onsite — Sector 62, Noida
• Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
