Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Knowledge Support
*Research planetary transits, energy patterns & behavioural correlations
* Organize notes, references & build structured course material
* Convert raw ideas into presentable content for sessions, videos & programs
2. Content Creation Support
* Convert handwritten notes & voice notes into clean, publish-ready content
* Assist with social media posts, carousels, short scripts, and learning materials
* Coordinate with designers and editors when needed
3. Tech & Operational Backbone
* Manage daily schedule, reminders & task workflow
* Maintain digital organization systems (Drive, Notion, CRM tools)
* Support setup of client follow-up systems, inquiry tracking & content dashboards
4. Client Communication & Follow-ups
* Respond to inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and warmth
* Schedule sessions & maintain client records
* Track leads and interactions like a lightweight CRM

* Tech-savvy — comfortable with Google Suite, Notion, Canva, social media
* Curious researcher — loves psychology, astrology, behaviour patterns
