Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement permaculture systems that promote sustainable living and environmental stewardship.
Conduct workshops and training sessions on permaculture principles and practices.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and community leaders.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in permaculture design and implementation.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of permaculture principles, including ecosystem design and management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful permaculture projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as CAD design programs and project management tools.
Strong knowledge of sustainable development principles and environmental regulations.
