Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Lead to spearhead the Automation

Testing efforts for client transformation programs. The successful candidate will be

responsible for creating and executing comprehensive performance testing plans,

analyzing results, and providing insights to address potential performance issues. This role

requires close collaboration with development teams and IT organization members to

ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts.

• Execute performance tests, analyze results, and identify performance issues before

deployment to production.

• Lead a team of Performance Engineers, defining test plans, tasks, schedules, and

execution strategies for performance testing activities.

• Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and

potential performance concerns when creating test scenarios.

• Communicate and assist in resolving performance issues observed during testing.

• Work with IT organization members to align testing objectives with overall business

goals.

• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines to establish continuous build and

test cycles.

• Establish high-quality performance test engineering principles, strategies, and best

practices.

• Provide guidance on process and procedure improvements to mitigate risks and

enhance performance engineering processes and standards.

• Mentor and coach QA staff on performance testing best practices and efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Performance Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Loadrunner or

Neoload.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues.

• Architectural knowledge focused on mid-tier services, client front ends, and

databases.

• Proficiency in understanding testing activities and approaches across different

development methodologies (Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall).
