We’re Hiring | Performance Test Engineer (JMeter)
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0.5 – 1.5 years (hands-on with JMeter)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Techtez is looking for a passionate and driven Performance Test Engineer to join our growing QA team! If you have solid experience with Apache JMeter and a keen eye for performance, scalability, and system reliability, we’d love to connect with you
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop performance test strategies & plan
Create and execute scripts using JMeter Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
Analyze test results and generate performance report
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to identify bottleneck
Recommend and validate tuning measure
Support benchmarking and capacity planning initiative
✅ What You’ll Need
0.5–1.5 years of hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
Good understanding of performance testing types (load, stress, soak, spike
Experience with HTTP/S, REST/SOAP APIs, and RDBM
Comfort with Linux environment
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
Basic scripting skills (Groovy/Java/Shell) – preferred
Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a bonus
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
