Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Title

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using tools like
JMeter
,
LoadRunner
, or
Gatling
.
Monitor application performance and system metrics during test execution.
Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to optimize application performance.
Document performance issues, test plans, and reports.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad).
Proficiency in scripting and customizing test scenarios.
Good knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and database performance tuning.
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana).

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CI/CD and integration of performance tests in pipelines.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
