Role Description
This position is a part of the India HR team responsible for managing the Performance and Reward processes and delivering the Performance and Reward products and solutions for DB India across divisions (~24000+ FTEs). The role holder will provide ongoing Performance and Reward education to HR and business to ensure understanding of reward processes and governance requirements. This position is also responsible for ensuring fulfilment of statutory and regulatory requirements within the Performance and Reward context.
