Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including TikTok, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other key channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of creating, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to drive measurable ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on TikTok, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other platforms.

• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Develop A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, targeting, and bidding.

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing opportunities.

• Report on performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in paid performance marketing.

• Proven success in managing campaigns on TikTok, Google Ads, Meta, and Instagram.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.

• Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
