Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedInBuild and scale campaigns using structured account frameworks (campaign segmentation, funnel stages, audience layering)Conduct deep keyword research and search intent mapping to improve lead quality and reduce wasted spendDesign and test audience strategies including retargeting, lookalikes, exclusions, and funnel-based cohortsImplement and audit conversion tracking using UTM frameworks, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixelsAnalyze performance at a granular level (campaign, ad set, creative, keyword) to improve CPL, ROAS, CAC, and conversion ratesIdentify scaling opportunities and make budget allocation decisions based on performance and business goalsBuild and maintain automated performance dashboards in Google Sheets for daily, weekly, and monthly reportingTranslate data into clear insights and action items, not just reportsLead creative testing by defining hypotheses, test structures, and success metrics in collaboration with design and content teamsMonitor competitors ad strategies, offers, and messaging to inform campaign optimizationProactively flag tracking gaps, funnel leaks, or quality issues and recommend solutionsStay updated with platform changes, policy updates, and new ad formatsand test them when relevantOffice- Baner, PuneCTC- 3-5 LPA
