Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and scale user acquisition (app install) campaigns with a strong focus on Google & Meta Ads
• Analyze campaign and post-install performance using tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Firebase
• Use data-driven insights to optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, LTV, and in-app engagement
• Run A/B and Multivariate tests to improve campaign effectiveness
• Maintain internal dashboards and track daily performance
• Share weekly reports with clients, including performance insights and future strategies
• Collaborate with Account Managers on account strategy
• Communicate regularly with clients to share updates and recommendations

Skills & Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in PPC / User Acquisition, preferably in mobile app marketing
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google & Meta Ad Campaigns
• Experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and analytics platforms (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data & Excel
• Familiarity with App Store Connect / Google Play Console / Meta Dashboard is a plus
• Ability to visualize creative concepts and coordinate with the design team
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• A strong passion for mobile apps and digital marketing
