Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan, execute and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Google (Search & Display), YouTube, Snapchat

• Conduct deep keyword research & audience targeting per product/collection

• Write and optimize high-converting ad copy and plan landing page flow to maximize conversions

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

• Track and optimize key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI

• Present actionable reports and insights to leadership

• Use Google Analytics, Clarity and attribution tools to evaluate traffic quality & funnel performance

Budget Ownership

• Allocate budgets across channels for maximum return

• Daily optimization of bids, pacing and efficiency

• Monitor spend vs performance in real-time

A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization

• Test creatives, audiences, placements and landing pages

• Scale winning variations through data-backed decisions

Competitor & Industry Insights

• Monitor competitor ads and market trends across D2C/e-commerce

• Identify growth opportunities and new channel opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business

• Facebook & Google Ads knowledge

• Strong analytical mindset and command of GA, Clarity and other attribution/reporting tools

• Excellent communication + attention to detail

• Ability to work independently, own outcomes and collaborate with team/agency partners

• Updated with latest trends & best practices in performance marketing
