Conduct deep keyword research & audience targeting per product/collection
Write and optimize high-converting ad copy and plan landing page flow to maximize conversions
Track and optimize key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI
Present actionable reports and insights to leadership
Use Google Analytics, Clarity and attribution tools to evaluate traffic quality & funnel performance
Allocate budgets across channels for maximum return
Daily optimization of bids, pacing and efficiency
Monitor spend vs performance in real-time
Test creatives, audiences, placements and landing pages
Scale winning variations through data-backed decisions
Monitor competitor ads and market trends across D2C/e-commerce
Identify growth opportunities and new channel opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business
Facebook & Google Ads knowledge
Strong analytical mindset and command of GA, Clarity and other attribution/reporting tools
Excellent communication + attention to detail
Ability to work independently, own outcomes and collaborate with team/agency partners
Updated with latest trends & best practices in performance marketing
