We are looking for someone who thrives on creativity, analytics, and measurable growth.

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with major expertise required on Google Ads (60% focus). The ideal candidate should be capable of driving high-quality traffic, boosting conversions, and maximizing ROI through strategic digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy

Build and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping & YouTube) and Meta Ads to meet performance KPIs.

Performance Optimization

Track daily results, measure impact, and implement ongoing optimization to improve ROAS and revenue.

Creative Collaboration

Work with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.

A/B Testing

Drive experimentation across audiences, bidding strategies, ad formats, CTAs, and keywords to enhance performance.

Budget & Bidding

Allocate advertising budgets across channels with strategic distribution, ensuring maximum ROI.

Audience Targeting

Utilize smart audience segmentation—custom/lookalike audiences, remarketing, and keyword targeting to reach high-intent users.

Market & Platform Trends

Stay updated with the latest trends, feature enhancements, and tools in Google and Meta advertising ecosystems.

Reporting & Insights

Present detailed weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

60% expertise must be on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube campaigns).

Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with strong optimization knowledge.

Strong command over performance KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Funnel Metrics & Attribution.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup, UTM tracking & conversion measurement.

Creative strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate on engaging ad concepts.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
