Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on

  Meta Ads (FB/IG)

  and

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

  .
• Drive traffic & conversions for our website and Amazon listings.
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor daily spends, and deliver profitable ROAS.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and scaling opportunities.
• Coordinate with creative/design team for ad copies, videos, and landing pages.
• Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Stay updated with latest ad platform trends, policies, and growth hacks.
• Present weekly reports on performance and action plans.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum

  2 years hands-on experience

  in performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Manager dashboards.
• Proven track record of achieving

  consistent ROAS

  on e-commerce campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret numbers into actions.
• Knowledge of remarketing, funnel structuring, and audience segmentation.
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce, Amazon ads, or analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager).
