We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads while also managing social media accounts to build strong brand presence and engagement. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can independently handle end-to-end campaign execution, optimize for performance, and deliver measurable business results.


You will play a critical role in driving leads, conversions, ROI, and brand visibility for both our company and diverse clientele by leveraging innovative targeting strategies, creative ad execution, and advanced optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage and grow company and client social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Define targeting strategies including demographics, interests, geographies, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, sales, and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPM.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives and engaging social content.
  • Generate detailed campaign and social media performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, trends, algorithms, and new ad formats.
  • Ensure budget efficiency and maximize ROI across campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, along with social media account management.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, bidding models, and attribution.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and UTM tracking.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience in social media growth strategies, content planning, and engagement tactics.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and ability to work independently.
