If you're passionate about paid media, obsessed with ROAS, and know your way around Google Ads, Meta, and more we want to hear from you!

What you'll do:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.Continuously test, analyze, and iterate on campaigns to hit ambitious KPIs.Collaborate with our creative and content teams to build high-converting ad funnels.Work with eCommerce and SaaS brands to drive measurable results.

What we're looking for:

2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media/performance marketing.Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in ad platforms & analytics tools.Proven success in scaling ad accounts and optimizing CAC, CTR, and ROAS.A curious, experiment-driven approach with a growth mindset.
