What you'll do: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels. Continuously test, analyze, and iterate on campaigns to hit ambitious KPIs. Collaborate with our creative and content teams to build high-converting ad funnels. Work with eCommerce and SaaS brands to drive measurable results. What we're looking for: 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media/performance marketing. Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in ad platforms & analytics tools. Proven success in scaling ad accounts and optimizing CAC, CTR, and ROAS. A curious, experiment-driven approach with a growth mindset. Why Markelic?
