Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Perform keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copy creation Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to optimize campaign effectiveness Generate regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices Maintain and organize campaign documentation, tracking links, and UTM parameters Recommend and test new channels and advertising formats Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
