Job Description

As a Digital Acquisition Specialist, your role involves planning and executing various digital acquisition activities for both mobile app and website. This includes utilizing ads platforms such as SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising. Your primary focus will be on working within a specified budget to achieve maximum Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining the Cost of Acquisition (CAC) at an optimal level. Key Responsibilities: - Manage communication with multiple vendors and third-party trackers to ensure the successful achievement of acquisition objectives. - Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against set goals including Return on Investment (ROI) and KPIs. - Identify trends and insights from campaign data and optimize spending and performance based on these insights. - Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints using strong analytical abilities. - Monitor campaign acquisition fraud and take necessary actions to minimize fraudulent activities. - Plan and execute small-scale A-B test campaigns to enhance campaign and creative performance. - Recommend new digital channels that could efficiently increase the number of new users. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Prior experience in a similar role with expertise in developing multi-channel marketing strategies. - Solid experience in campaign and channel analysis, including proficiency in Google Analytics. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends. - Highly goal-oriented, excellent communication skills, open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
