About the role:


As a Performance Marketer at Gabit, you will be involved in expanding our digital footprint, utilising cutting-edge performance marketing strategies to achieve and exceed targeted objectives. You will utilise your expertise in Amazon Ads and other e-commerce platforms to optimise campaigns, maximise ROI, and drive quality traffic and conversions not just in India but in global markets.


What your day would look like


  • Develop strategic advertising campaigns tailored to business objectives, target audience, and budget allocation
  • Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation
  • Set up, manage, and optimise Amazon ads campaigns across Amazon, both domestic and international platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Regularly analyse campaign performance data using Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Generate reports outlining key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement


Say hello if you’ve got:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon ads, including campaign setup, optimisation techniques, and audience targeting
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
