About the role As part of the Founder’s Office, you will be at the centre of the company’s operations and the most important priorities. You will work directly with the Founders to help manage day-to-day operations and oversee multiple business initiatives, ensuring impactful project execution. This is an exciting and dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills. What your day would look like Work directly with the founders to execute key strategic initiatives, helping to prioritize, manage, and track the progress of high-impact day-to-day tasksCoordinating with different stakeholders, looking at short & long-term travel calendars, evaluating opportunities, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes Sourcing, interviewing securing key hires, in collaboration with the HR teamLead or participate in special initiatives and high-impact projects assigned by the foundersExhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages to the founders Say hello if you’ve got 2-3 years of prior exposure or experience in a Founder's Office, project management or a similar roleWillingness to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environmentPossess a can-do attitude and thrive in an ever-changing, high-energy environment with a hands-on approach to getting things doneDemonstrate proven ability to manage complex projects, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlinesHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail in all aspects of work, and a strong sense of ownership
