Performance Marketing Manager

Role & Responsibilities

 Design, execute, and manage a strong performance marketing

strategy to drive business growth.

 Develop and optimize digital acquisition and remarketing campaigns

across multiple platforms.

 Manage multi-million-dollar budgets across paid channels while

ensuring high ROI and efficient CAC.

 Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve key traffic KPIs

through paid, organic, and owned media.

 Explore and test new marketing channels to continuously improve

performance.

 Collaborate with management to share insights, improve funnel

conversion, and present results regularly.

Experience

 Maximum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance

marketing.

 Proven track record of building and scaling large customer acquisition

programs in an online business environment.

 Experience in media planning and execution across multiple online

channels.

Skills

 Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of acquisition metrics,

campaign performance, and ROI.

 Hands-on expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across:

o Google Search & Display, Facebook, Snapchat, OTT platforms

o Ad Exchanges (e.g., Vserv, Komli, Tyroo, Affle, Resultrix,

AdChakra)

o DSPs (DV360, MiQ, In-Mobi, Revx)

o Content platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)

o Remarketing platforms (Criteo, AdRoll)

 Ability to define and track key metrics, optimize costs, and scale

strategies effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
